I have installed plugin on my website. https://www.analyticsinhr.com/ but it is not working here.

Plugin is active. You can check amp version here: https://www.analyticsinhr.com/blog/employee-experience-terms/amp/

But on mobile, it does not redirect automatically to amp version.

By clicking on https://www.analyticsinhr.com/blog/employee-experience-terms/ it should redirect on https://www.analyticsinhr.com/blog/employee-experience-terms/amp/ automatically.
