I can confirm we are having the same issue.
Since the merchant is not in the US or Canada, this is the only way to process subscriptions so I am very worried about this huge gap. We were suppose to go live in a week 🙁Jason please let us know of any possible alternatives!

Like I said, it doesn’t make sense for me to spend any money on the Plus license to access that toolkit.
I can delete the users manually but where my question lies is since this is a clone of the main website used only for testing purposes, by deleting the user or removing their membership fixes any issues with double charging? I don’t want to notify them or even click on “Cancel this user’s subscription at the gateway.” because their membership is valid on the live site of course.
Again, what is the best practice to handle cloned testing only websites? Or just delete all the users except me?
Thanks for the guidance,Thanks for the quick reply Andrew, yes it does work with parameter…I literally did “/members-only/?andrew=test” and it showed up, so it seems there is something else causing the caching issue. 🙁
Update:
Another fellow WP expert pointed me that “PWA for WP” also does caching so I disabled it. It seems to be working so far…! 😀
If you have any other ideas I might’ve missed something let me know.PS: While I have you here, since I cloned the website under “staging” environment…how do I disable PMP charging the recurrent payments on the cloned staging site? is there like a maintenance or testing mode for it?
