Yes adding code to the title field.
eg
Scottish Whisky <span class=”subtitle”><br>This is the best Whisky</span>
Guessing the original web dev did this way to make a subtitle above the price.
Is this bad practice?

CNAME records map a domain to another domain. So in the example above, http://mysite.com might have a CNAME record of http://mynetwork.com/mysite. Using this saves you having to have a unique IP address.
