I think I have the same problem. When I change the link in the he Customize options and I click on the “Apply changes” the themplate adds the following text in the URL: customize_changeset_uuid=b232b292-7e03-4d56-8f2d-daf3d7ca7752&customize_messenger_channel=preview-0) so I have to be logg in to see the web page.
