In reply to: [EU Order Withdrawal Button for WooCommerce] Email receiver configurable? That worked, thank you!
Hi @nestormarius,
I checked right now on my side.
It’s working fine for me.Can you please check that the option “Delete comment ip addresses after time” is disabled? If enabled, the ip will be stored and deleted after the given time range.
Hi @nestormarius and thanks for your message.
Right now, I’m in holidays for this week, but I will check for a bug as soon as I am at home again. But Sounds for me like a bug and you are not doing anything wrong.
Issue removed after updating Site kit. Thanks for your help though.

In reply to: [GDPR Tools: comment ip removement] IP ELEMENTORHi @franksysgfx ,
thank you for your message.
Currently, there’s no option to prevent collecting IPs within elementor with this plugin.
Best, as you mentioned, you connect to elementor to ask for support.
Sorry for the inconvieniences!Best regards,
FabianHi @collaborato ,
thank you for reaching us.
Just disable the “Delete comments after time” checkbox. This will cause the instant deletion of ip addresses.
But you are correct, we should add this to the readme. We will apply it in our next update. If you have any further questions just let us know.
@mugam
Hi, that would be really sad.
I just checked your site again and still, the banner is shown as in the screenshot:
https://ibb.co/pbxbyr1I checked it from 3 devices right now. I’m pretty sure it’s a client problem on your device. Just try on your smartphone to proof.

In reply to: [GDPR tools: Cookie notice + privacy] Not sure about thisHi,
thank you for your rating.
As in the description, there’s no guarantee that this plugin meets the laws in your country. For many countries a banner with an ok button is already enough. If you are unsure if it meets your legal requirements you should consult a lawyer.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [GDPR Tools: comment ip removement] Conflict with WPDiscuzHi @matrixpoland
thanks for your message.
Currently, this plugin is working with all current versions of WordPress – this is why it wasn’t updated the last time.Because of your problem:
This plugin isn’t generating any IPs or something. It only blocks that the IP is stored in the database when someone’s commenting.
I’m pretty sure this plugin hasn’t anything to do with your issue – could you please just disable this plugin and try if the issue still persists?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: PHP error “trying to access array offset”No, there are no images and pages/posts loaded.
Maybe there could be the problem. But how do I detect the detailled problem?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: PHP error “trying to access array offset”Hi,
seems like that is the solution.
With PHP7.4, the warning is not shown.
Thanks!PS: I wonder why the fresh installation of WP with PHP 8.0 is not running into this warning…

In reply to: PHP error “trying to access array offset”Hi @berksted ,
thanks for your answer.
I know it won’t do anything worse – but I want my logs clean, not growing and easier for real error investigation.I’m using PHP 8.0 on both sites, they are hosted on the same server.
