The plugin “modern image formats” was installed on my website without my consent (I only installed WP-Optimize) and all images (800+) were converted to avif. Since Elementor Lightbox does not support .avif, all my galleries broke.
I need a way to revert all images to .jpg. I already ran “force regenerate thumbnails” plugin and another one, and the images regenerated are again in .avif.
You need to please help me with this, I never asked for any of my images being converted.
I need a sure way how to do this and I am not a coder.
(because my blog is biligual, at the moment only German visitors can understand the coming soon site)
