Problem solved.

It was my fault; I had changed the name of the main menu.

After various attempts (clearing the cache, reverting to previous versions of the latest updated plugins), without success, I performed a complete restoration of the site and the database, to finally resolve the problem.

Using the URL mywebsite/wp-admin/admin.php?page=maintenance I arrive at page 404
