    Hi Jason,

    thanks.
On General Settings nothing is excluded, i can assure nothing is excluded.

Viewing Activity Log and Event Log, though sometimes error occurs, but i checked the successful backup without any errors, the whole site was still not backuped.
My PDF files is not put in the wp-content/uploads/ folders, but directly in a folder called “downlaod”, for example one PDF file could be downloaded here “http://www.china-certification.com/en/download/US-Automotive-Industry-in-China.pdf”.

I want to check whether the texts shown on each page is the exact same one with my downloaded files. I haven’ found where I could check my texts or links of each pages in the Filesystem folder.

    Wait for your reply, thanks.

    Best regards,

    Chun

    Hi Jason,

    many many thanks.

Actually i have done all what you said many times.
I’m sure the filesystem is ticked.

When backup finished, the Filesystem folder only has a sub-folder called htdocs, in this folder only some of the pictures, not the whole site. I cannot find the texts on my pages and the pdf file or so.

When i download the site in the ftp, the size was about 30 MB, but the online backup has only 2.3 MB.

    Could you find out why?

    Best regards,

    Chun
