I am aware that I need to select the “Same Categories” options from the addon plugin. Those were already selected and the plugin is still not working. This is the issue.
My selected options are exactly as your screenshot and are pulling no posts.

Currently I have both the Contextual Related Posts AND the Contextual Related Posts Taxonomy Tools Plug-Ins, activated. In my settings, for the option: Automatically add related posts to: I have selected “Category archives” and “Tag archives”. However, as you can see with each post, nothing is populating for recommended posts at the end of each blog post. When I change my settings and select “posts” or “pages” the recommended thumbnail posts show up at the end of every blog post.
