Delete /home/t565168/public_html/teambuilding/wp-content/cache and start cleaning your site. You can also ask your hosting provider to restore a backup of your site back when it was clean of malware.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] HackScript in W3TC pluginLooks like your site has been hacked and one of the plugins that were compromised was W3TC. It doesnt mean that W3TC has the reason your site was hacked though.
Either way you must clean your website.
I suggest to try and see if your hosting provider allows email be sent through WP.
You can install WP Mail SMTP and use its test feature in order to see if email can be sent from your site in general.
If not you can play around with its settings and when you find one that works try WordFence test email once more. Are sure you have been hacked? This looks like being spammed instead.
Try to compress all of your plugins and mu-plugins except WordFence, then download that compressed file to your pc/mac. Finally delete those compressed plugins(make sure you don’t delete WordFence) then ask WordFence to re-scan your site.
If you don’t see any issues reported then its something related to your plugins so upload them one by one and scan your site in between, that way you can spot the faulty plugin. You can do the same for the theme and upload dir too.
WordFence is one of the WP security tools for preventing a site being hacked and sending an alert when something wrong is going on.
What it doesn’t do is to make sure that your plugins are updated, your hosting provider safe to use and your backups up to date. This is something that the site owner should take care of.
Since you block access to wp-admin you are actually blocking yourself from too.
I suggest to whitelist your IP(under other options), save and try again. That will work if you have a static IP if not once your IP changes you will get blocked again.
