Tried the form again, however plugin does not contain a pick-list of countries for selection from dropdown box. Please see webpage http://websalehosting.com/?page_id=10. for Salesforce form and check out the Country picklist. There are no countries coded there.
Is there anything you can do to update this form for me. Would appreciate it very much.

Having problem with both Salesforce HTML and WordPress salesforce web to lead form. HTML lead works in preview(Information collected in salesforce) But did not work when it was saved. WordPress salesforce form only collected several pieces of information out of 8 lines. THe rest was not collected. Can you help.
You can go to google webmaster in your index of pages and submit it to be removed.
