I enter to the hosting, then I enter in wordpress, I view the site and touch the customize button, in the sidebar I go to widgets and then, I enter to the page that I want to modify, I click on the widget but the style button does’nt work.

I enter to the customize section. I’m on the main page, trying to change the font and background colors of the widgets, but the style button doesn’t work or expand. Attachment screenshot. It is as blocked.
