Thanks for that. We have an SMTP plugin installed already, but we’ll try the BCC field trick and see if that works.

Hi Jack,

We have 1000 subscribers. The email goes (or should go) to all. It was working fine up to a point, but I can’t say the exact “magic number” of subscribers at which it broke.

I can confirm that the max_execution_time is definitely 600.
