Not necessarily a user, basically stores form submission contact info. For example, a visitor on our site wants fills out an inquiry form for our services, they get stored as a ‘contact’.
A ‘Contact’ is a new custom post type created with ‘register_post_type’. A ‘ticket’ is also a custom post type.
yup, that’s it.
haha, sorry I was thinking of a different plugin 🙂 Your is just as great though…between just the two I already converted WP into a working CRM app.
Any thoughts about how to achieve what I’m trying to do?
