Why is that happening with Firefox 62+ and Safari? Do they have adblockers enabled by default? Didn’t know about that.
I thing should be clear for all of us. Analytics data is just there to give you an idea (Trend) of what is happening. It’s not 100% accurate due to many reasons.
Yes, we are experiencing the same problems. But I guess it’s due to users that opted out of analytics at all or using a ad-blocker that also blocks analytics. We don’t get any data of these users. No page views at all during the period of time they made a purchase. That made me think that these people opted out of analytics. In times of GDPR this could be the case. Could you check if you got pageviews before the purchase was made.
