I have the same problem as Jeff Rose:
I just installed this and configured it, I believe correctly. It’s pretty simple.
When I add the tracking ID to the page and then later mark the order as complete, there is no tracking text included in the email. I get no errors, when I add the ID, it is appearing at the top of the page, but not in the emails that are sent.
Any thoughts?

when I set the osticket version to >=1.9.14, then I have no tickets in the list. “No records found”. I set the version to 1.9.5, then there are the tickets in the list, but I have no content in the tickets.

I have the same problem. I think, the “realtime content analysis” is the problem. But I don´t find a possibility to deactivate this feature.
thanks for the link. i will read this tutorial and then i think about an own addon. the import of the dates with an csv or xls file was an other good thing.
Thanks for your answer. I test it, but a addon for multiple dates was a very good thing.
