Well, in attempting to fix the issue myself I added define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true); to wp-config.php, saved the file and now Enhanced Media Library works again. Go figure, must have been a corrupt wp-config file causing the issue! Don’t fancy trying Video Background again just in case.
