the idea of the plugin is to display coupons via shortcodes which can be found on the plugin settings page. The coupons and archives are not made to be accessed directly as you did and I’m going to disable this within the next updates as well.

You would have to edit the following line: https://github.com/flowdee/affiliate-coupons/blob/master/templates/coupons-grid.php#L44
But be aware this will be overwritten with the next update.
FYI: I’m planning to add real templating so you can create update-safe templates within the next updates.

the plugin uses the date format which can be set up on the settings page of your WP dashboard. Can handle it this way? Otherwise I’ll add a filter for this.

About 2: You can use max=”3″ in order to specify the amount.
The function wp_scripts() was introduced with WordPress 4.2. You must update your WordPress core to the latest version.
