Indeed the functionality you mentioned is not available yet. But I added it to our todo list ( https://github.com/flowdee/affiliate-coupons/issues/110 ). In case other’s would appreciate such a feature too, we may add it to the plugin.

This cannot be changed by default. You would either have to use some hooks or third-party plugin which allows you to change text labels.
