The simple way to ask this question is can I set the viewer to 4:3 format???

Got the error too. Someone who has support should report to developer..I just deactivated for now.
I thought I could run a WordPress blog as well as a normal site. I.e. “click here to see our blog”. We are not ready to be a WordPress only site. Should I set up a WordPress site separate from my real site? We host our own site, and I was ‘given’ the job of webmaster by attrition. Someone must be doing the same thing.
