They are on “Default”, like ‘/multipersonal/?p=123’

I have the english version of the plugin, did everything as instructed but when I try to download, this message comes.
“Not Found
The requested URL /home/&download-file=1 was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
Will it only work with english language on the site? (I’m using Portuguese-PT/BR)
