Hi,
There have been no changes to the server or recent migrations. We have contacted our host who have informed us that this is the case and that the issue resides somewhere in WordPress and the plugin.
Thanks
Hi, thanks for the reply!
I have cleared both caches and my browser cache and the problem still persists. You can see this issue at:

In reply to: Can’t Access Admin Area OR Change PasswordSo, I followed the guide provided by @sterndata
There was not much else I could do asides from scan for viruses using external scanners as I can’t access the admin area. Again, it’s very strange that phpMyAdmin is allowing me to create another user, but just doesn’t grant that user the required permissions. I am baffled!
Thanks again

In reply to: Can’t Access Admin Area OR Change PasswordI have tried with the hash generator and still have the same issue. I have used the phpMyAdmin method but to no avail, and I am 100% certain this is the correct database as when I add a new user it allows the login. Once I log in though, it says I don’t have the sufficient permissions to access the WP-Admin area. I have enabled the correct user level etc as outlined by the guide posted by @sterndata.
I will go ahead with that other guide @sterndata has posted and update upon completion.
Thanks a lot

In reply to: Can’t Access Admin Area OR Change PasswordHi,
Thanks for your reply. I can’t get in as after following every step in the article attached it is claiming I don’t have sufficient permissions to access that page. I have checked in the SQL and the user level is 10 with full capabilities. Do you know of any exploits that this could be, and if so, what could be done to help?
Thanks so much again for your time Steven!
