Thank you for getting back to me. I have done the steps except the ones below
Can you explain what you mean by this statement. I am not a PHP programmer so I don’t really know what needs to be replaced.

I had it working somewhat, images were reporting privelages issues. tried 777 with no success. Bigger issue is that I upgraded to EDD 2.0 and the CSV importer has disappeared altogether. Deactivated, deleted, reinstalled, but it is still missing!
