That’s bad and I hope it’s not what it sounds like. I emailed support in August and October 2022 and got responses from Jeffrey, but since then I haven’t tried. For what it’s worth I can still log into my account at https://www.seoultimatepro.com/my-account/.

Thanks, I’m not using Jetpack. This is a live website so I don’t want to disable each plugin one-by-one until I discover the source of the error. It seems to be trivial, so I guess I’ll just live with it.

Do you mean that I could use a Mask Input field instead of a Time & Date field? I would lose the nice time picker functionality in the date-time widget, wouldn’t I?
Alternatively, is there an intermediate hook I could use to apply a custom javascript function? It could eliminate the date portion of the date-time data on Submit before posting…?

Jan, I am a neophyte when it comes to using these forums. I am no longer using WordPress Slack. Switching to other channels of communication.

Tobias, just a quick check in to tell you that I used the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin to enter it “Troubleshooting Mode”. With all other plugins turned off I tried to enable Styler for Contact Form 7 but the same blank screen resulted. Once again, I just removed the cf7-styler folder from wp-content/plugins to get the admin UI to load again.
I’ll follow your other suggestions next.

Tobias, I installed again from inside WP and the same thing happens. I recovered by removing the cf7-styler folder from wp-content/plugins.
I’m not sure how useful a screencast will be to you but I have made one. Do you have a repository where I can upload it?
I will look into the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin.
I gather from the comment from Jan Dembowski that Tobias asked if he could log into my account in order to help figure out my situation with cf7-styler, but that request was deleted.
Could Tobias tell me which table and/or column names are created by WOW Style so that I can remove them myself. Once I know that I can return my site to its condition prior to installing WOW Style then I will consider trying to install it again.
I suspect that either the install wasn’t complete for some reason, or that the plugin conflicts with another one I have installed, but I’m not sure I am willing to go through the grueling process of de-activating one plug-in at a time to see which one is the culprit, especially because this is a live site.
Any other ideas are welcome.
I removed the cf7-styler folder and that allowed my admin site to load. So the next step is to inquire, can your plugin be installed without breaking the site? And if not, what tables / rows need to be removed from the WP database in order to remove all traces of the plugin? Thank you.

It’s been happening for a long time and after puzzling over it and deciding finally that those URL’s with 404 errors were false negatives I ignored the problem. Still, this should be fixed, or instructions for resolving it should be provided.
