MarcHi there!
Thank you for reaching out with your question.
At the moment, the plugin doesn’t include an option to automatically hide the sign-up widget for users who have already signed up. However, we’re discussing internally whether to add this as a potential feature in the future, which could utilize cookies or similar tracking methods.
Thanks for your interest, and please let us know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Best regards,
MarcHallo,

MarcHi @odak71,
Thank you for reaching out!
We’re currently working on a new update that will allow whitelisting of both IP addresses and email addresses. However, due to a number of ongoing projects in our pipeline, this planned update has been delayed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
In the meantime, if there’s anything else we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Best regards,
MarcHi,
Thank you for your message, and apologies for the delayed reply. For faster support, feel free to contact us directly via email at [email protected].
Regarding your issue, please ensure that the protection for WordPress registration is fully enabled. Additionally, make sure that both JavaScript protection and multiple submission protection are turned on. These settings should help block the registrations you’ve noticed in the log entries.
Please note that “multiple submission protection” means the form was submitted multiple times, and while these extra attempts are blocked by the system, the first submission is still processed, which is why the registration went through as expected.
Let me know if you need further assistance!

We are also looking forward to having this feature in your plugin; otherwise, many shops may need to consider switching to an alternative plugin.
Thank you for your response! If you’d like, feel free to send us individual logs in the future, and we’ll be happy to take a look at them. In the meantime, is there anything else we can assist you with? We’re here to help!

MarcHello @protestkit,
Thank you for your feedback – I’m glad to hear that the plugin is effectively stopping spam!
However, I’m sorry to hear that it’s also affecting legitimate users. Could you please provide some examples of when this has happened? This will help us identify the issue and work on improving the plugin for a better user experience.
Looking forward to your input!
Best Regards
MarcHello @joeysander,
we updated to Version 3.0.2. Please install the update and check if that solves your issue.
Best Regards
MarcHello,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems that the issue is related to the function
createTableOptOut()in theOnUpdate.phpfile. As a workaround, you can manually edit theOnUpdate.phpfile by removing the line containingcreateTableOptOut()(line 23) to prevent the critical error.Alternatively, if you’re not comfortable with making changes to the code, we are releasing an update later this month that will address this issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
Best regards,
Marc
