    Hi James!

    I JUST got off the phone with GoDaddy! It took a good 30 minutes, but the tech did a one time courtesy ‘fix’ for me and now my site is ‘unlocked!’ He simply removed a couple of / and the button is now forwarding to my YouTube video. (There was a problem with my site not loading at GoDaddy, so the tech did the fix for me.)

    I still want to find out if it is a good idea to have visitors leave my site to watch the video, or if I can somehow make it so they stay at forrestproperties.com.

    I truly appreciate all of your help!

    I am using the Customizr theme. Once I get this resolved, can you shed some light on how to make the featured pages buttons on the home page ‘clickable?’ This is what I was trying to do when I got ‘locked out.’

    I don’t know how to create a back-up, or I would have done that.

    I got the ‘snippet’ of code from Themes & Co., Nicolas Guillaume, the developer of the theme.

    Thanks so much for your speedy reply!

    I have tried to access the server via FTP(FileZilla), but I simply cannot figure out HOW to do it! I fill the boxes in like this:

    HOST = ftp://forrestproperties.com
    Username = I enter the username for my dashboard
    Password = I enter the password for my dashboard
    Port = 22

    Then I click ‘edit’ and attempt to run the Network Configuration Wizard and I get this:
    Connecting to probe.filezilla-project.org
    Response: 220 FZ router and firewall tester ready
    USER FileZilla
    Response: 331 Give any password.
    PASS 3.9.0.6
    Response: 230 logged on.
    Checking for correct external IP address

    Response: 200 OK

    I have spent hours trying to configure it all different ways. This is the closest to ‘success’ that I’ve gotten.

    I am so beaten down by this whole thing. I thought WP was supposed to be somewhat user friendly, and I am not an idiot!

    Any assistance you can provide is GREATLY appreciated!

    I’ve downloaded Filezilla, but have never used it before. Can you walk me through removing wp-content/themes/customizr-child?

    Unfortunately, I did not back up the previous version.
