This is bizarre as Google shows it like this Meta Title
Google appears to reversing all the Meta Titles for all the web pages on the site.
Do you have any ideas as to why?

Okay I have resolved the issue, if I disable “WP Hide & Security Enhancer” plugin it works.

No I don’t have any caching plugins on the site, good shout though.
