    found this error in an actual order:

    “Could not retrieve order. OrderEndpoint.php:459 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”

    this was when someone just tried to bypass CHECKOUT and instead clicked the Paypal button directly below CHECKOUT button in the cart.

    it asks me for my email. which i provide. i click LETS GO. it goes nowhere. im stuck on https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/. switched browser to chrome. cleared cache. close chrome. reopened. logged into my woocommerce account. entered emal. clicked LETS GO. again, nothing.

    i commented out worpdress’ get_footer(); and replaced with the hardcoded code for the footer. with the exception of one unnecessary script call on the donate page:

    <script src='https://skyfallgaming.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/modules/ppcp-button/assets/js/button.js?ver=1.3.2' id='ppcp-smart-button-js'></script>

    when i remove that, my PP donate buttons are working properly. so as ive been assuming, its a conflict between a WC script call to PP and my manually added PP script call. is there a more elegant way to disable WC on specific pages or to stop the above script call at least in the WP footer for that donate page?

    thank you. ive done this several times.

    the very first time i requested i did get a verification email from wordpress.com. i validated successfully on that one. cant get any subsequent requests to come thru.

    if i refresh the page, the buttons do show for a brief second before dissappearing. this behavior happened before when i accidentally called the above PP script twice in one page.

    im thinking something similar must be happening again.

    im logged into a woocommerce account but i keep gettting the following: “In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.”

    however my yahoo.com account is not getting any emails from woocommerce. ive tried to resend it. ive checked SPAM folder. its not arriving.

    Igor, i dont have many plugins. disabled all but two you noted, activated storefront, pp buttons do not render.

    i unticked ‘Enable the PayPal Gateway’ again in WOOCOMMERCE >> SETTINGS >> PAYMENTS, and it works. my donation buttons break when i activate the paypal payment gateway. it seems like a conflict between woocommerce and the pp donation button script:

    Got it working. Not without a lot of headache. Was hoping this plugin would have been easier to get working, but it’s working.

    thank you for the suggestions. not really sure what was happening.

    we are using the Hestia theme. downloaded an update to it this morning and there were incompatibilities with the index.php page we had in our child theme. straightened those out and now the ARTICLES blog page is working.
