The server and site have been upgraded.

WooCommerce version: 5.1.0
PHP: 7.4.16
Still no change. When I try going to the analytics settings the top briefly shows then just a blank screen.

So after doing a small bit of research, it seems at least with the iPhone it seems to take pictures that result between 1.5mb and 2.5mb as standard. so it seems the 2mb is possibly why we still have users complaining they can’t upload the required picture.
We are using gravity forms for the registration.
If you have any suggestions that might make this more user-friendly I would love to hear it.
I’m reluctant to increase the upload limit as I believe that this could be a reason the submission takes a while to complete. Idealy I’d like to decrease the limit.
