I will keep following adjusting the image size respecting the limits that you commented.
I believe that can be a problem with my site on the Google Structured Data Testing Tool, because on the error report from Google Search Console, there is no error.

I created a new file with size of 50×50.
I had understood that the image was a square, and not could be a rectangle… sorry about this mistake.
Now, with the new image with a lower size, the error is solved.
But the warning keeps be shown:

},Do I need to reduce the size again?

Yes, I did. The image size is 230 x 230, the size is lower than 600px and it is bigger than 60px, in accordance with the recommendation.
I made the upgrade to the new version of WordPress 4.6 and the error keeps the same.
If you are not able to see the error, Is it possible to send to you a PrintScreen?
I tested the Google Structured Data Testing Tool with the same URL (http://www.foxlinda.com.br/ferramentas/simulador-para-certificacoes/ccna-security-exam-210-260/) in other computers with other browsers (Chrome, FireFox, IE and Microsoft Edge), and the test result still the same.
Can it be a problem with my region (Brazil)?
