I’ve tried but without results…I think could be a problem with theme or other plugins. I will test to deactivate theme.

Yes I see the sidebar.
This is the error in the Console:
canvas.min.js?ver=1.3.4:1
The page canvas could not be initialized. This could be caused by a plugin or theme conflict.(anonymous function) @ canvas.min.js?ver=1.3.4:1
I’m using a simple premium theme by Elmastudio (Hawea), Tailor was working before the last update only on Safari, not Chrome.

firstable I suggest you to do a full backup of your website, then seems to be a problem of FTP timeout during the export/import. So you could retry the export from WordPress.com and the import on .org new website.
