After i posted my question, I still tried to found the problem.
I’ve just found it before to see your answer.
I must apologize.
That wasn’t a dot in the mail which was the problem, but something I didn’t see
I have a network of sites.
I tried to fill one of these sites with my .CSV
All “standard” mails were ok. Only the dotted one was already in the users table, but at the network level.
Since I wanted to import without update of existing users, I got no messages…
So, once again, thank you for your help and for your work on this plugin.

Once found the use of the PSO checkbox, it works perfectly.
