I’ve discovered that this isn’t a permanent solution.
Although I deleted it from the database, after a while, your plugin’s automatic translations continued (still displaying the site’s English text in French).
How can I disable your plugin from translating my site’s default language (English)?
Also, I believe this is a bug in your plugin that should be fixed.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Not all data was sent at the time of purchaseI don’t use any other pixel integrations, custom code/templates, or add to cart/checkout flows that would affect event tracking. (If I did, my site would be broken for all users, not just for non-logged in customers!)
I don’t see the “wc_facebook_external_business_id” you specified in options.php, here is the current options.php content: https://pastebin.com/kdSQ40uh
I tried again: unlink — delete your plugin — clear all cache — disable all cache plugins — reinstall your plugin, but all the problems are still there, the same symptoms as before.
Finally, once again, I hope you can seriously solve this problem. We have spent too much time troubleshooting my site, but the fact is that my site is fine and more and more users on the forum are reporting the same problem as me.
So, if you think we are causing trouble for you by using your plugin, please speak up and we can switch to another plugin.
If not, please start working instead of being like AI and making us do something useless while you just send some messages!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Not all data was sent at the time of purchaseHello, thank you for your reply.
This is the screenshot and plug-in log when I visited and purchased as a guest.
You can see that neither the browser meta pixel helper plug-in nor the event test tool detected the add to cart and purchase events. And although it shows that advanced matching has been turned on, neither CAPI, browser nor event test received or sent customer email and other data.

This is the screenshot and plugin log when I use the logged-in identity to visit and purchase. You will find that everything is normal:

In addition, you will find that whether logged in or not, the browser side cannot detect Addtocart events, but CAPI can.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Not all data was sent at the time of purchaseHello, I did some more testing.
I found that the plugin works fine for logged in customers, detecting and sending advanced matching data (even purchase events).
But it does not send advanced matching data for non-logged in customers, including purchases.
Of course, I know it is normal for non-logged in customers not to send advanced matching data for other events.
But it still does not send advanced matching data for non-logged in purchase events. This is not normal.I turned on the advanced matching option, the pixel is installed correctly, the script is loaded correctly, and events can be successfully recorded and sent (both CAPI and browser). The theme and other plugins I use are compatible with your plugin.
So, I am 100% sure that there is a problem with your plugin.

There is a serious problem with your latest version of the plugin! Please fix it immediately.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Not all data was sent at the time of purchaseI found in the forum that a lot of users have reported similar problems to you recently.
I think you should seriously solve this problem. Instead of worrying about whether there is a problem with our website or other plug-ins. Because it is not just me who is reporting, but a lot of people are suffering from this devastating blow.
And I am 100% sure that my website can be perfectly compatible with your plug-in, and the events are tracked and sent correctly, but the purchase event does not send emails and other information, but other events can.
So I can almost be sure that these problems come from your plug-in and not from any other aspects.
If you need the login information of my website, please tell me how to provide it.Please, please face this problem and don’t rule out other reasons. There is a problem with your plug-in.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Not all data was sent at the time of purchaseNow the website should load normally.
But I don’t think it’s because of these reasons, because your plugin can record any event, and all other events can send emails, etc., except purchase events.
And the purchase event is recorded correctly, but the email address and other data are missing (the user fills in this information)
So I think it’s your plugin, not the website loading speed or anything else, because I have only upgraded your plugin so far, and nothing else has been modified.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Not all data was sent at the time of purchaseMy orders are all normal and all orders have complete information.
And I have not modified or upgraded the theme or other plugins before or after this problem occurred.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Not all data was sent at the time of purchaseHi, can anyone help me? My ads are going downhill.
I tried relinking but the problem persists.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Not all data was sent at the time of purchaseI think I turned it on. And besides before purchase, other events can send user data, like content viewed, etc. (you can see it in the logs)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ah6ZRlCwSc6mwkSVQIynR9SSOp33zYgP/view?usp=sharingHi, the bug has been fixed, although I have no idea why, I just installed your update.
Yes, I did that, but it still didn’t work, see: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1R2w7C9jApqchtrfI3Ok1Nv0MMiwxGLfT/view
Here are the logs after I tried to relink again. For some reason, it shows that the API token is empty and there seems to be a problem syncing the product set (should I delete the product set and recreate it?).
Yes, I am using Pixelyoursite now. But this is because your plugin cannot send data. If I disable the plugin, my website cannot send data to Facebook.
I will shut down pixelyoursite after you help me solve this problem. For example, you can try it here now, and you will find that pixel cannot be detected.
Hello, thank you very much for your help.
My website did relink successfully. Products are being resynchronized.
But a strange thing is that I can see in the log file that the plugin does detect some events and no errors are reported. But my access records are not found in the log.
I use the browser plugin “meta pixel helper” and cannot detect any events (showing that I have no pixel installed). The browser plugin will display “Pixel Helper found your Meta Pixel, but the pixel has not been activated for this event and no information has been sent to Meta. This may be due to an error in the code or if the pixel fires on a dynamic event, such as a button click. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue:” when visiting non-product pages.
But the product page shows that no pixel is found. No events can be detected using the Facebook events test tool.
I have disabled all cache plugins, cleared the cache, disabled all third-party pixel plugins, etc., but it still doesn’t work.
Before adding the code, pixel did not report an error, and both the website plugin and the browser plugin could record events. However, the website plugin recorded a lot of events triggered by the crawler, which caused the pixel’s event quality to be very low, so I added code to block the crawler.
Now the event quality score has improved, but pixel reports this error.
