the page I first noticed this issue on is private.

But I inspected your demo page: https://quadlayers.com/demo/instagram-feed-gallery/

There you can observe the very same issue. If you look at this screenshot taken from the demo site, you’ll notice that I blocked several requests to assets served from /wp-includes/ dir and nonetheless the SFG gallery is rendered without issues:

I think the issue might be that the plugin unintentionally loads CSS and JS files needed for the admin backend functionality in the frontend.
