It’s something wrong in the code with the auto-fill-in option of the required “name” fields since php version 8 or bigger. I had the same problem.
Quick fix:
Check the standard “name” field in the fields page. If you put out the “auto-fill- in” option it works …
I have no code fix for the problem cause i don’t need the auto fill in …
