Hi Lenbanks, had the same problem. My galleries disappeared. My solution was to go into my list of plugins. Starting at top of the list I would deactivate one plugin. Refresh the webpage and see if the gallery came back. If not I reactivated that plugin again. Then went to next plugin and repeated the process. I found that the SG optimizer plugin that my host Site Ground uses was the problem. When I deactivated it all my galleries came back. Phew!!!! 🙂 Hope this helps. It’s a shock to lose your galleries. I found that using the solution above ie. Checking the “Custom Ready Event” box only worked with the Chrome browser. In my case, by deactivating the clashing plugin the box does not need to be checked. Hope this helps.

In reply to: Images displaying larger than uploaded imagesI found the solution to my problem! I reset my Chrome browser’s zoom (didn’t know that was a thing until I read about it LOL). Press Ctrl + 0 (zero). All my images, which I realised were enlarged by 10% snapped back to normal. Such a strange problem as this was only occurring on one WP site but not my others.

In reply to: Images displaying larger than uploaded imagesHi evarlese,
Thanks so much for looking at the link. You gave me a clue as to the problem. I think it is with my Chrome browser. When I check the images in Firefox and Microsoft browsers images display normally.
When I look at images on my other wordpress sites in Chrome everything is normal. So strange! This is happening just on this website. Not sure where to look next.

In reply to: [JS Archive List] Change post titles colour under “months” via cssNo worries Miguel. Thanks so much for your help. 🙂
Hi Galusso Themes,
Thanks so much for your fast reply. Yes of course. I understand now. 🙂
Also I made a very silly mistake. I wanted to remove the .top-bar as I didn’t need the search button there or the extra space above my header banner so I hid it with css. I didn’t realise this was where the mobile navigation icon would appear. No wonder I couldn’t see it when I tested on my mobile phone. 😛 Oh well, it is good to laugh about such an error and learn something new everyday. Thank you again.

In reply to: [Enhanced Media Library] Warning message – missing taxanomiesHi emdeedee,
Actually I thought I had things figured out after one really stupid mistake ie, not running my eye further down the left hand menu to see “Media Settings”. I was just focused on “Media” that was above. My big Doh moment! LOL. but as it turned out I still didn’t understand everything and still had the error message. Your message above finally set me on the right path. I made exactly the same mistake as you. I found I was really getting very confused with Categories and Media Categories (the later which are really filters for the images). Sigh. 🙂
