I don’t understand what you mean by “Does it work if you deactivate Multi Step for Contact Form 7 plugin”. How should your plugin work if i deactivate it?

I did so, and as intended it’s showing all Steps, including shortcodes, on one page now.

As mentioned before it worked fine for some time, but it seems to have stoped working in the last days / weeks. So i was wondering if this problem might have been caused by an update.
