I wonder if you know anyone here is Scotland who could help me fix this, without me damaging the website further. I do not know where to start?

    thank you for your advice.

    Thank you for your reply.

I do not know how to enable/disable our plug-ins – never mind re-enable them one at a time? I know they all do something to our live shop, so I am a little anxious!

It does say in the top menu (if I hover over it) there is 1 wordpress update, 16 plug-in updates and 3 theme updates. This is bad right?

I am really struggling. We have our ‘shop’ on wordpress and our designer disappeared over a year ago. I have been doing it all myself but I now don’t know what to do.

All of a sudden just TODAY, I cannot edit the description. I don’t know how to do updates or anything. This just happened! PLEASE HELP!

I believe “The text-editor disappeared and all my pages seems blank without content. Although when I select all I can see the content is still there in HTML-code.”

I am an online shop in the UK. Would appreciate your help.

We sell to businesses so we have to have our prices for each product listed as trade price (price exclusive of vat). I have displayed ‘0%’ or 20% in a column to allow them to see which are applicable for tax.

However my BIG problem is, the Subtotal, actually INCLUDES the tax. The Tax should be included in the ‘Total GBP’ (see below 1st column is my problem – 2nd column is my ideal):-

    Subtotal £81.29 £75.15
    Shipping £ 6.00 £ 6.00
    VAT % £ 7.34 £ 7.34
    TOTAL £88.49 £88.49

Any help urgently would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you
