In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] woocommerce to Square sync doesn’t workThank you for your feedback But I still have the same problem that I had yesterday several times… When I try to reconnect to Square in woocomerce/settings/Square, I click on connect, I enter my Square identifiers/password, and I arrive directly on my Square dashboard (the woocommerce page is left), and when I return to woocomerce/settings/Square I am not connected. When I try to connect again, the same thing happens in loop without me being able to connect…

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] woocommerce to Square sync doesn’t work- OK thank you for your feedback… I resolved the problem by understanding that I was in a sandbox environment in woocommerce and that I was looking at the articles in production mode on Square… The products were therefore successfully synchronized in sandbox mode on the Square side. On the other hand, when switching to production mode for the 2 categories (woocommerce + Square), the synchronization shows me an error message (even though the products are exactly the same)… Below is the error message from the woocommerce log console: Failed step cycle: upsert_new_products (0.46s) – [NOT_FOUND] Catalog object with ID
3LRTCXNTBQDZU26C2A4FJBMEnot found. - Attached the link to the full log : https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/w4hbk456suyi1llaq4378/square-2025-07-29.log?rlkey=mf0q4xyuroxjb5r4sm8iibngi&dl=0
I can’t identify what the “Catagog Object with ID
3LRTCXNTBQDZU26C2A4FJBME” is… 🧐Would you have an idea please ? And why sync works in a sandbox environment and not in a production environment ?

In reply to: [Say What?] Translation of chain that contains a backslashThank you Lee. Sorry but I don’t see your screenshot… so I can’t see the setup you’re talking about.
The bug is precisely the one already described 😉 and the chain is precisely “Collection from <address\/>” in the code. If you have an email I can send you a picture of what code says…

In reply to: [Say What?] Translation of chain that contains a backslashThanks for your answers However, I don’t see the examples you’re talking about 🙂
The replacement is done very well for the “Collection” string (see code), which is in the same domain, and I have clearly identified in the code the string to translate, it’s precisely ““Collection from <address\/>”…
Do you think there is a solution ?
