Oh, I just decided to insert paragraph widgets instead of an html block and it works fine.
m0n085, do you mean you started completely over with a new install> I’m asking because I have your symptoms, but I cannot start over.
I am having the same trouble. For me, I don’t have subdirectory install, and all my tables are utf-8 and that’s what’s in my config. Did anyone find the cause or come up with a solution?
