Yes the ‘send to’ email address is correct in the form settings. And I’m able to successfully send forms if they don’t have an email field so the issue comes from the input field validation.

I had the same issue, but was able to resolve it thanks to the previous messages here (thanks @rodicaelena!).
If like me you use a CDN don’t forget to purge its cache too, might solve your problem.
