Following up on this from 2 months ago. I’m having the same issue with the most recent version of the plugin – 1.9.9.2 – when re-sorting custom posts via AJAX. I tested adding ‘&& !wp_doing_ajax()’ as mentioned above and it did fix my issue in AJAX. But obviously that is going to get removed on the next plugin update. When do you expect the fix to be in place permanently? Thanks.
