i have the same problem, however the solution above didnt resolve it. If it put:
[faq]
Then it works and faq’s are displayed.However if i put sometning like:
[faq group=”group-1″]
Or:
[faq group=”my faq group”]
it just nothing comes up on the page (blank page)What may be wrong?
