Just so you are aware you might want to check your plugin. I spent the last few hours with 3 different host that I use and they all came back to me with the same thing. The plugin isn’t putting the no follow in the HTTP header. There is nothing they can do they have all confirmed the issue is with the plugin.
I also went into my private groups and asked my members using the plugin if they are having the same issue and every simple person that replied said yes.
Pretty link just simply isn’t working as intended. I’ve spent enough time on it and moved to something else but you should look into it instead of just assuming it all works fine. It doesn’t.
Your response has pretty much been “oh the no follow isn’t in your HTTP headers so it’s not our problem”. Noe the hosting has confirmed to me it’s the plugin, 3 hosting companies for that matter.
Pretty link states “Pretty Links sets the nofollow attribute in the HTTP request header”
This isn’t the case at this point because it’s not working.

ah you dont understand. on my other website where YOU redirect is in the HTTP it still shows the links as do follow and its not working.
Ive moved on to another plugin i would like support to reply to my refund request
So why is it on my sites where it is in the HPPT it doesnt work…
Im not the only one with the issue mate. Im in a large private FB group with loads of people having the problem
I’ll just ring the bank if its past 14 days so yea. I dont think it is anyways.
Ive asked your support multiple times to cancel and i get no reply.
Also whats the point in the no follow option on the free version if you dont odder it?
Anyways please let me know how to cancel or ill have to ring the bank instead
How do I go about my refund? As i mentioned… some of my sites do have the redirect and it still doesnt work.

This is with your no follow option on http://prntscr.com/ozdb1a
Some of my sites have the no follow and some dont but links are still do follow no matter what
Hi yea as mentioned I already checked that. On some of my websites its there and some its not while no follow options are check.
Anyways how do I get my refund? or can cancel premium support stopped support 3 days ago…
This is whats not working.
You have that option so it should work, it’s not.
I have it all setup i know how to check the header etc everything is in order yet all my outbound checkers still say do follow.

I know how to check headers thats not my point.
My point is you global no follow option is not working. Ive asked multiple people using pretty link and they say they same. They are saying the noticed a few weeks ago. What im trying to tell you is there is a current issue with your plugin right now.
“the nofollow is in the http header as long a it’s enabled in the link settings.”
yea and i have to do that to every individual link right?

Whats the point in your plugin in having a no follow option if I have to add shit manually?
I know to add it manually Im not a newbie at this. I don’t want to add it manually though.
You relise there are probably 1000s of website that have do follow links no when they think they are no follow.
No way in hell im going to do back through 1000s of links and manually change each 1 when I can go install your competitor and do it with 1 click.
It’s simple, when I click no follow on your plugin it should be no follow its that simple. it defeats the purpose of having that option if i have to do it manually.
Proof its do follow: http://prntscr.com/oyxb8h
Saying it’s always been like this is a cop out because it hasn’t. Ive used pretty link for years and my linked used to be no follow. Anyways close this Im going to sue another plugin and refund me please.

“you need to add the rel=”nofollow” attribute”
It wasn’t like this a few months ago…
