What I have now found, is the albums are not actually been created in the admin panel.
It displays the “album is created successfully” but not showing in the list.
If I delete an album and create another its fine but thereafter same result.

If we add another album in admin panel, it displays and works fine there.
When refreshing the front side on the site it will not display any more albums added there after.
I understand there is no limitations but seems to be limited in displaying all the albums in the front side.
