Thank you for your reply on ticket [#456692]. My shop is in Germany. I read in some comments that Paypal REST is only for US, UK and Canada customers.
Is that right?

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem with paypal credit card REST. When I work with Sandbox it works well but with Live it gives this message ( Error processing checkout. Please try again. )

Hi,

The client payed with credit card. I called paypal. They said that there is something wrong with my settings. The money was not transferred to my account at all but I got confirmation from the website that the transaction is complete. Paypal said there is an error with the paypal plugin settings. Maybe something went wrong with setting of it or sandbox or some numbers. I do not know what to do next. What can go wrong. I did everything exactly the same explained in the video. It even confirmed for the client that the payment is done but the payment was not out of his bank account.

There is something wrong with the setting I guess. I even contacted my website provider they said I need to contact paypal plus plugin. Can you kindly have a look at this and give me some advice what to do next.

In fact it was the currency converter plugin with caching support. I turned it off and it worked perfect.

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for your reply. I changed the [common sittings] in permalinks from custom structure to post name and saved then changed again from post name to custom structure and saved. Do you mean resaving by doing this or resaving is something else?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. After I activated PBC, when I go to cart page it gives this message at shipping area “Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address.
Calculate Shipping” and when I go to check out page it gives this message to shipping area ” There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

I already set shipping zones and prices but it stopped working after I activated PBC.

I’d appreciate your kind help.
