you were right, the mistake was on my side. It is an error regarding the memory limit. PHP Memory Limit is set so 128M which apparently is not enough (see https://elementor.com/help/requirements/ for reference).
So for further notice:
– Memory Limit should be atleast 256M or even 512M to rule out all issues when using more than just elementor (e.g. elementor and woocommerce)

Addition: It seems to be a more general problem with the Post Skin “Template Grid”, as I cannot publish whether the loop item contains a heading or not. Only solution currently is to publish it with “Classic”, publish, swap back to “Template Grid”, publish again. The first publishing works even if there is an Error 500.
