Its a Mix of both, I have some plugins deactivated site wide and other actived on the network.

In reply to: [Polylang] Nav Menu with broken linksI’ve solved my issue.
These are the steps that i’ve taken:
Went on permalinks, it was on “Default” so I changed it to “Post names”.
Then new options appeared in the PolyLang settings page/ URL Modifications
then set the different options to “The language is set from content”; Hide URL language information for default language”; “Remove /language/ in pretty permalinks” and check “The front page url contains the language code instead of the page name or page id”.After that all my menu item links were back to normal and functionnal.
