I was able to get this resolved after a support session with the client. There was a conflict with a chrome extension.

Hello

What is the options to use this in multisite today? Seems like core WordPress notifications like password reset, new user etc do not seem to be sent through this in multisite.

Thank you for your answer, this really helps!

Just to be 100% clear if I install and network activate with sites A, B, C then I make change on site A for user the same changes will effect the user on B and C.

If I then also add site D those same permissions will be carried over?
