I’ve tried to upgrade several time (staging site, default theme, plugins disabled.)
now re-upgrade option is not showing as well, and database is not upgraded.
Again the same question, what happens if we leave the database without upgrading?

then I did the re-upgrade and my site is broken now, can not login or go to dashboard.
Hi, same problem here, after re-upgrade of database I’m unable to enter the dashboard or login. site design has destroyed too.
